今回は、人事に関するニュースをご紹介します。コンコルディア・フィナンシャルグループは、大矢恭好氏に代わり、片岡達也氏が社長に昇格することを発表しました。片岡氏は東日本銀行との経営統合などに尽力し、今回の昇格が決まったようです。銀行などでも世代交代の動きが活発になっていますね。

Concordia Financial Group to appoint Kataoka as company president, also to serve as president of Bank of Yokohama
コンコルディアFG、社長に片岡氏 横浜銀行頭取を兼務
Concordia Financial Group has confirmed that Executive Officer Tatsuya Kataoka (55) will be promoted to president of the company. He will assume the position after his appointment is approved at the June shareholders' meeting. Kataoka will also serve as president of The Bank of Yokohama, a subsidiary of the group. Yasuyoshi Oya, president of the group (59, also president of The Bank of Yokohama) will be stepping down. Ahead of the start of a new medium-term management plan in fiscal 2022, the bank will implement generational change by promoting those who joined the bank in the Heisei era.
The announcement will be made on the afternoon of the 22nd and Kataoka will assume the post of president of the bank on April 1st. Kataoka is from The Bank of Yokohama and is a director at The Higashi-Nippon Bank. He was instrumental in the business integration with The Higashi-Nippon Bank and the launch of an asset management firm.
